Solve specific problem – get something good enough

Checked out this link from @johndcook on his post (check it out at http://www.johndcook.com/blog/2013/06/10/the-weight-of-code/) which was from Bjorn Freeman-Benson’s talk Airplanes, Spaceships, and Missiles: Engineering Lessons from Famous Projects (link) and liked the quote, after the one he mentioned.

Here is the quote (starting at 38:18):
“Very rarely have I found problem is to solve the most general problem, it’s usually to solve a specific problem and you can get something that’s good enough.”
