Why are you here

My name is John Muschelli and I’m a PhD student in Biostatistics at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. I am doing work on two stroke clinical trials, neuroimaging analysis, visualization, and some other fun stat problems.

I like data analysis but sometimes things just grinds my gears.  Overall, I try to note things I find interesting when computing with R or doing neuroimaging analysis.
